By placing an order, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&C's.
These T&C's are governed by english lawsand you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
This does NOT affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
Les macarons de pauline is insured with AXA regarding public liability.
Any claim will be dealt on les macarons de pauline by axa on its behalf.
Insurrance certificate available upon request.

The content of these pages including pictures, designs, logo, photographs, text written and other material are the copyright trademark or registered trademark of les macarons de pauline.
The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction or incorporation into any other work of any form is prohibited.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you can return the macarons and les macarons de Pauline will offer you a full refund.
Any refund will be arranged within seven working days of the matter being settled
Cancellation
Due to the perishable nature of the products, a full refund will be provided for cancellation 5 days prior collection/delivery.
If cancellation is requested between day 5 prior order and collection day, 50% of the cost will be refunded - this is to cover any cost incurred in preparation
In case of a no-show, the product will be kept available for 3 days.
No refund will be offer for cancellation on or after collection date.
